What is ChatGPT, is it a threat to some professionals like us….??

Introduction

We know about AI as it has been in the market for some time now but ChatGPT is recently raising lot many eyebrows, what is ChatGPT and is it helpful for us, or it is a threat to some professionals as it may snatch away many jobs as LayOffs are quite common these days.
In ChatGPT, GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer, it is basically a chatbot working as a content search engine on AI based technology.
IT IS DEVELOPED BY OPENAI AND LAUNCHED IN NOVEMEBR 2022, IT WAS LAUNCHED AS A PROTYPE AND QUICKLY GAINED ATTENTION.

Purpose

ChatGPT is basically working on the concept of a search engine but gives responses like a Q&A. The answers are very clear and crisp whereas in Google you need to search and browse the pages to find your exact answers.

Explanation

When you are working on ChatGPT you could ask anything and you get your responses accordingly like here we have asked ChatGPT ” What is AI and how to use it..?

Even ChatGPT is enabled with all the languages as whatever language you type it will give the answer and will even convert it for you.?

We can even ask for runbooks on C, C++ , Python code language on ChatGPT …!!

ChatGPT a Threat

After the introduction of chatGPT there is lots of speculation going on that with ChatGPT in the market the jobs for SEO, content writers, Technical Writers, Copywriters, Testers, Coders or Programmers will be at a stake ..!!

But mind you that an AI can’t replace humans although they are invented by them as we need people who know about new things or features and who could do technical verifications about everything.

There is also a limitation with ChatGPT that it cannot fetch data that goes up until 2021 or beyond.

Conclusion

As we know that when there is something new in the technology market then why the search engine giants GOOGLE should stay away from it, the recent blog posed by the CEO of Google who is “Introducing Bard” to the world? is the answer to it.

Bard working on an experimental conversational AI service, powered by LaMDA, Bard seeks to combine the breadth of the world’s knowledge with the power, intelligence and creativity of our large language models.

So, let’s wait and watch, how Bard performs when it is launched globally and the other Tech Giants Microsoft, and the makers of Alexa Amazon what are they cooking……!!!
